To be accepted, a project submitted in Challenge and Solution must receive at least 50% of the points assigned to each criteria. 1- Objectives (5 points) Conformance with CDAQ and ACAAF goals 2- Problem (15 points) Current situation Desired situation 3- Innovative Aspect (10 points) Originality of project Neither completed, nor in the process of completion 4- Project feasability (20 points) Financial (funding plan) Technical (methodology, phases and schedule, means used, transferability of technicology to farm) 5- Applicant's financial and technical capability (10 points) Financial (solvency) Technical (expertise and skills) 6- Direct and sustainable impact (20 points) Realistic anticipated results and deliverance goods Measurable objectives and adequate measurement tools Results having a structuring effect Sustainability Cost/benefit analysis 7- Support from the community (10 points) Diversity of organizations supporting the project Written statements of support included 8- Project results publication (10 points) Exploitation and dissimination of results
